At Ro-Schools Leadership Association (RoLA), creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment is one of our top priorities. We’re committed to protecting our members and the broader Ro-Schools community.

Our Safety Measures Include:

• Active Monitoring: We keep a close watch on behavior within our community and events to ensure everyone is following our guidelines.
  
  

• Flagging Risky Individuals: We maintain a system to identify and flag users who display inappropriate, unsafe, or unprofessional behavior — especially those who may pose a risk as staff in Ro-Schools.
  
  

• Community Reporting Tools: Members can safely and anonymously report concerns, helping us take quick and fair action.
  
  

• Strict Code of Conduct: All members, leaders, and staff are held to high standards of behavior to keep RoLA inclusive and secure.
  
  

• Partnership Guidelines: We only work with Ro-Schools and communities that share our commitment to safety, respect, and accountability.
